Calculator inputs

When you use a calculator, the numbers you enter are sent to our server so the calculation can be done and checked. We don't store the values you enter alongside anything that identifies you. We do record that a calculation took place, so we know which tools are used most.

Usage statistics

We count page views and calculator use to understand which tools are helpful. Our own statistics don't use cookies and don't store your IP address; we keep only a short-lived, one-way code that changes every day, so repeat visits on the same day can be counted without identifying you.

If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, it may set cookies and collect information such as your approximate location, device and pages visited, under Google's own privacy policy.

Contact form

If you send us a message, we store your name, email address, message and the IP address it was sent from, so we can reply and prevent abuse. We don't use your email for marketing and don't share it with anyone.

Cookies

We use an essential session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie so forms work safely. If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage. Advertising partners, if enabled, may use their own cookies.

Advertising

To keep the tools free, some pages may show ads from Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
